OUR STORY

The mission of The PLUS Company is to empower individuals with disabilities and traumatic brain disorders to maximize their independence. This is done through customized home, life, community, educational, and vocational supports and training. We believe that everyone has the potential to be full, productive members of their community.

The PLUS Company was established in 1972. Through the years, the goals and objectives of The PLUS Company, Inc. have evolved to maximize options for vocational, social and financial independence, and integration for adults with disabilities. Today, the vocational focus of The The PLUS Company, Inc. has shifted away from sheltered workshops to inclusive employment opportunities with the community. Group homes are giving way to individually supported home environments. The result has created dramatic improvements in the lives of the people served.
